Polokwane’s Theo Goosen Estate Agents move to Bendor

Theo Goosen Estate Agents mark 65 years of trusted service, now in a modern Bendor office, continuing its legacy in Limpopo's property market.

POLOKWANE – The journey of Theo Goosen Estate Agents & Auctioneers started 65 years ago, when this well-known, respected and trusted business opened its doors in 1960, in Landdros Maré Street.

From there the property journey took them to 23 Thabo Mbeki Street, which they called home for 34 years. As the business grew and the industry’s needs changed, they had to adapt, and Bendor, seemed like the perfect address to continue serving the community of Limpopo.

The modern, eye catching, grey office building in 109 Genl Maritz Street offers clients, old and new, the perfect opportunity, to buy, sell or rent from the best.

Director, Francois Goosen who has been selling, renting, developing and valuing properties in Limpopo for more than 41 years, is optimistic about the future and the new offices, which offers clients easy accessibility and ample safe parking.

“With specialist farm agents, we give clients the complete package. Philip Schalkwyk serves the bushveld and lowveld areas, and Kruger de Beer looks after the much sought-after Marble Hall/Groblersdal areas, with all its irrigation lots. A familiar face in Haenertsburg, Janet Blackburn is responsible for the Magoebaskloof/Haenertsburg areas.”

“With a dedicated team and the new offices, we strive to building on the legacy left by my dad, the late Theo Goosen,” Goosen added.

Co-director, Raymond Pratt, who joined the company in August 2006 invites old and new clients to visit them at their new address. “We are proud of the fact that we render honest and professional advice, and we share our property knowledge, carried over from generations,” Pratt said. “Why go anywhere else? We have for instance sold out entire townships comprising over 300 stands, and also an impressive 36 stands in Bendor in 48 hours, to name but a few. We offer property management solutions, specialising in selling residential, commercial and industrial property,” Pratt concluded.
