PEMPS celebrates principal’s birthday in style

PEMPS celebrates Desire Conradie’s 56th birthday with a BMW arrival, heartfelt tributes, and a special performance by her son.

POLOKWANE – February 18 was a memorable day at Pietersburg English Medium Primary School, as they celebrated principal Desire Conradie’s 56th birthday.

She arrived on the school field in a BMW, greeted by enthusiastic cheers from learners and teachers.

The emotional highlight came when her son sang ‘You Raise Me Up’ by Josh Groban.

Deputy principal Anastasia Malatji thanked BMW for providing the ride and said that it’s a school tradition to celebrate the principal’s birthday.

She wished Conradie health, love, and all good things.

Head boy Xitshembiso Baloyi spoke about Conradie’s kindness and the valuable lessons she’s shared.

Head girl Shawnell Mashola dedicated a special poem expressing the school’s affection for her.

Conradie expressed her gratitude. “This is special. I will never forget today and I hope that you are all going to have a great day. Thank you so much.”
