Polokwane weather shifts from sunshine to showers

Residents can expect mild and variable conditions throughout the week, with midweek thunderstorms and cooler days likely towards the weekend.

POLOKWANE – Polokwane residents can expect a warm and mostly pleasant start to the week, with partly sunny conditions dominating from Monday through to  Wednesday.

Daytime temperatures will gradually decline, beginning at 28°C on Monday, 27°C on Tuesday, and tapering to 26°C by Wednesday.

On Thursday, the weather takes a noticeable turn as clouds build throughout the day, culminating in a couple of showers and a possible thunderstorm later on. Temperatures are expected to reach a cooler high of 23°C.

The cooling trend continues into Friday and Saturday, with both days peaking at 21°C. Friday promises a mix of clouds and sunshine, while Saturday may bring a morning thundershower followed by overcast conditions for the rest of the day.

Sunday marks a return to more stable weather, with sunshine and a few clouds and a slightly warmer high of 25°C.
