Mitchell House matrics lead fun-filled trolley race

Mitchell House hosted a vibrant trolley race, with all grades joining in themed teams for laps of fun and school spirit.

POLOKWANE – Cheer, hydrate and motivate was the order of the day as Mitchell House’s matric learners organised a college trolley race last Friday.

Joined by the other grades, all teams brought great spirit and energy to go head-to-head in this fun race.

All teams had to race five laps, changing at different stops so that every learner in each grade could get a chance to push and lead the trolley.

Gr 8s were The PJ Masks, Gr 9s Mickey Mouse, Gr 10s Sofia the First, Gr 11s Doc McStuffins and the Gr 12 team was Jake and the Neverland Pirates.

All teams wore special costumes and colourful clothing according to the names of their groups.

The winner’s spot went to Jake and the Neverland Pirates (Gr 12s).
