Peter "Gagash" Nonyane and his wife Charlotte Tibana face 13 fraud charges after eight new cases were joined to their existing five in Polokwane.
POLOKWANE – Socialite and Tshwane Metro Police Department officer Peter “Gagash” Nonyane and his lawyer wife Charlotte Tibana are appearing again before the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court today, Wednesday, where eight new fraud charges have been joined to their previous five.

The state alleges in charge 6, money kept in the estate of the late Albert Moetji, intended for his wife, Mokgadi, was diverted – and in another of the new cases, allegedly into a stokvel account linked to Nonyane.

The pair now faces 13 fraud charges respectively. Tibana faces 1-13 while some apply to Nonyane.
