Cyclists ride for charity in Magoebaskloof race

Stanford Lake College organised and hosted the 15th edition of the Magoebaskloof Mountain Bike Classic on November 1.

POLOKWANE – Stanford Lake College organised and hosted the 15th edition of the Magoebaskloof Mountain Bike Classic on November 1.

As in previous years, the race was a charity event, with all proceeds going to charity through Letaba Rotary Club. About 300 cyclists tackled the very demanding 80km route through the Woodbush Forest Reserve, the 44km route to Dap Naude Dam and the 10km race.

“The race was a massive success and is set to go from strength to strength in the years to come.

Congratulations to all the cyclists,” said Rona McGaffin, Stanford Lake College’s marketer.
