POLOKWANE – Cyclists from the Polokwane Pedallers Cycle Club (PPCC) had a training session with well-known South African coach, Graham Chrystall, at the Polokwane Game Reserve on Saturday. During the training the cyclists’ bike set-up was checked and Chrystall shared a few skills and training tips with the cyclists.
“We had an excellent ride through the game reserve and an enjoyable training session with Graham,” said Elbie Louwrens from PPCC.
The objective of PPCC is to help and benefit cyclists. The proceeds of the last PPCC race in 2013 went to cancer patients.
“We are a non-profitable club, therefore the participation of the members is solely for the purpose of cycling and charity,” explained Elbie.
