Gymnasts take 42 medals
Zani's Gymnastics Academy turned heads once again at the South African Gymnastics Federation's club north national championships that took place at the University of Limpopo recently.
POLOKWANE – Zani’s Gymnastics Academy turned heads once again at the South African Gymnastics Federation’s club north national championships that took place at the University of Limpopo recently.
Out of 36 clubs, Zani’s once again took the honours of best club in northern South Africa.
Each of Zani’s 42 rhythmic gymnasts who participated in this competition brought home a medal. They won an astounding 33 gold medals, seven silver medals and two bronze medals.
Zani’s had 10 overall winners and in the teams section they also took home five trophies.
This was more than any other club in the competition.
“Well done to all our gymnasts. I am so proud of you. We really turned heads with our excellent and polished performances,” said Zani Prinsloo, head coach.
