Local mixed martial arts (MMA) enthusiasts can look forward to a lot of MMA action at Cage Rage 8, dubbed Blood Fist, on Saturday.
POLOKWANE – Local mixed martial arts (MMA) enthusiasts can look forward to a lot of MMA action at Cage Rage 8, dubbed Blood Fist, on Saturday.
The MMA cage fighting will take place at Eksteen’s Rainbow Dojo opposite the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
The local Wild West Warriors, trained by the Mike West father and son team, will be in action in the cage against MMA fighters.
“We would like to encourage everyone to support our fighters when they get in the cage on Saturday. Come and enjoy the action and see what these guys can do,” says West.
The Last Man Standing event will be the highlight of the evening, with R5 000 prize money up for grabs and full contact action.
Preliminary bouts including 15 juniors and one women’s fight will start at 19:30. Tickets will be sold at the door and cost R100 per person. Doors open at 19:00. A cash bar and food stall will be available.
