Teams lock horns during Henso Coetzee day
Eight rugby teams played against each other during the Henso Coetzee rugby day held at BB Truck Noordelikes Rugby Club on April 25.
POLOKWANE – Eight rugby teams played against each other during the Henso Coetzee rugby day held at BB Truck Noordelikes Rugby Club on April 25.
The first match of the day saw the Oosskool u/9 team lock horns with the PLS u/9 team. The second match was played by Oosskool u/10 against PLS u/10.
The third match was played by Noordelikes 3 against Seshego Rugby Club, while Noordelikes 2 took on Dendron Rugby Club in the fourth match. Pietersburg Rugby Club faced Phagameng Rugby Club in the fifth match, while the last match of the day was played by Noordelikes 1 against Louis Trichardt Rugby Club.
Seshego Rugby Club head coach, Ignatius Semenya, formed part of the club’s starting line-up in their match against Noordelikes 3.
He said he wanted to show the players how proper rugby was played.
