Zanis gymnasts annual awards

POLOKWANE – Zanis Gymnastics Academy held its annual awards ceremony last Wednesday.

The gymnasts were awarded for their consistent outstanding and impressive performances throughout the year.

Girls artistic:

• Leane Lourens – Best Progress for Level One.

• Nejuan Rall – Best Level One in North Zone.

• Vine van den Heever – Best Level Two and Three in North Zone.

• Callin Menzies – Best Level Four to Six at the SA Gym Games.

• Jeanie Hatzikyriacos – Best High School Gymnast Level Four to Seven Nationals.

Boys artistic:

• Itumeleng Legodi – Highest Limpopo Level One Apparatus Mark.

• Julian Lombard – Best Level One in North Zone.

• Johannes Thoba – Best Improvement at Level One.

• Zack Schnell Highest Level One Apparatus Mark in North Zone.

• Evan Bernhardi and Pedri Neethling – Best Level Two in North Zone.

• Sebastiaan Austin – Best Level Three in North Zone.

• Deon Kriel – Best Apparatus Mark at the SA Gym Games.

• Martin Botha – Best Primary School Boy at the SA Gym Games.

• Eduaniq Harmse – Best High School Boy at the SA Gym Games and Zanis Top Gymnast of 2015.
