Brian kicks dirt in rally opponents’ eyes
Baragwanath along, with his team, Team Rhide SA, has been representing South Africa in the rally since 3 January. The rally will continue until 16 January.
POLOKWANE – It is really worth to follow Brian Baragwanath as he competes in the 9 000 km 2016 Dakar Rally in South America.
He along, with his team, Team Rhide SA, has been representing South Africa in the rally since 3 January. The rally will continue until 16 January.
Ted Barbier and George Twigge makes up the rest of Team Rhide.
Currently Baragwanath in and his team has finished stage three of the rally with Bargawanath already holding the South African flag high in first place with a time of 02:42:35. Barbier is currently in the 31st spot and Twigge in 40th place.
Baragwanath also finished stage two in second place. Stage one of the rally was cancelled due to bad weather conditions. Overall, Baragwanath currently holds second position and has a good chance of finishing first.
