School jukskei teams peg 3rd spot

POLOKWANE – The Limpopo schools boys and girls jukskei teams did very well at the South African Schools Jukskei Championship.

The South African Schools Jukskei Championship recently took place in Pretoria, Gauteng where the Limpopo boys and girls did exceptionally well.

Here are the results:

• The boys doubles and trips received silver with the doubles only being one point behind Gauteng.

• The girls trips received bronze.

• The boys and girls teams received bronze placing third overall in the championship.

“I want to thank all in the union for their support throughout the year and the way they accepted the children as part of the game” said their coach, Elize Smuts.
