This year’s u/18 Craven Week is held in Johannesburg and will conclude on Saturday when the two teams reaching the final round will contest for the 2017 u/18 Craven Week crown.

Polokwane’s born and bred and legendary former Springbok rugby player and old Hoërskool Pietersburg learner, Victor Matfield, is one of the selectors at this years Craven Week and he will share his expertise with the young players.

Matfield and a panel of other selectors will choose the Hero of the Day every day for the South African Schools team. This national team will pit their rugby prowess against international teams from France and England later in the year.
