Noordelikes on the brink of semi-playoffs

Victories in the upcoming matches would see all three Noordelikes teams securing their places in the semi-playoffs.

POLOKWANE – Noordelikes Rugby Club is on the verge of securing a spot in the semi playoffs, pending their upcoming match against Potties on August 24.

A victory would see all three Noordelikes teams advancing to the next stage of the competition.

This crucial opportunity follows the first team’s recent hard-fought win against Kruinies Rugby Club, where they emerged victorious with a 39-33 score on August 3, at their home ground.

In the Limpopo North Region first league, Noordelikes have had a mixed season.

Over nine games, they’ve won three, drawn one, and lost five, accumulating 22 points.

Kruinies, on the other hand, have played the same number of games but with three wins and six losses, leaving them with 14 points.

As the league draws to a close, with the final matches scheduled for September 14, Noordelikes are aiming to capitalise on their momentum and secure their place in the semi-playoffs.
