All white party a hit with Polokwane music lovers

AIRPORT Africa Lodge in Polokwane was packed to capacity during the first annual all white party

AIRPORT Africa Lodge in Polokwane was packed to capacity during the first annual all white party on Saturday.

The line up included DJs Themba, QScotch, Lele, Agree, Mpu, and Poroza.

One of the event organisers, Robbie Mojapelo, said the party was well organised and everything ran smoothly thanks to the team’s commitment.

“The objective was to create a platform for young up-and-coming DJs to play in front of a huge crowd and to give them an opportunity to share a stage with legends in the industry.

“It was a great experience and achievement. We seek to create events in which music lovers will enjoy unforgettable live performances by their favourite artists and bands. We create opportunities for people to make new friendships, enlarge their social circles, mingle and have fun together. We are also giving our locals a fair chance to showcase what they are capable of,” Mojapelo said.

He further said the response received was great, and he believed they had given their audience an experience they would never forget. “The performances were outstanding,” Mojapelo added.

“We always have something for residents on our annual calendar and we are determined to uplift the young DJs that are not yet famous,” he concluded.
