Mathews needs votes

MATHEWS Malatji, a hairstylist from Mankweng appeals to Limpopo residents to vote for him in the Sofn’Free HairXperts Master Challenge.

Malatji is the co-owner of Unity Hair Salon in Mankweng.

“I will represent Limpopo in this competition. If I win the competition, I will donate 10% of the winnings to a charity in Mankweng.

“This is the level of excellence I wanted to reach when I started working with hair,” says Malatji.

He said he already felt like he a winner.

“I started working with hair at an early age. In 1999 I approached the owner of Hair Excellence Saloon and he offered me a job. In 2002, I was crowned the best stylist in Polokwane during a Sun Silk competition. When it comes to cutting and styling, I am your guy. I believe I will win the competition with the support of the people of Limpopo.”
