‘King of porn’ is now a legitimate film maker

THOHOYANDOU – THE so called king of Venda porn, Zwoluga Madega from Thohoyandou, has ventured into comedy and his company, Hanzams Adult Entertainment Enterprise, launched his new movie Zwovha kela matari on Sunday.
The comedy, which features as yet unknown Venda actors, is a story about an elderly man who steals pictures of his boss’ beautiful daughter and shows them to single men looking for a date.
The elderly man, known as Johannes in the movie, is played by Nyamula Nemalamangwa.
He claims he is the father of the beautiful young woman in the photos and young men hoping for a date with the young woman, pay him money towards lobola, unaware that she is not Johannes’ real daughter and that the photos were stolen.
Madega further explains the plot: “The sword turns against its holder when the young men arrive at his home and don’t find the beautiful ‘daughter’.
“They demand refunds and Johannes decides to run away as he has already used the money to buy liquor”.
Madega told CV that, besides making people laugh with his comedy, he also wants young men to be alert when it comes to scams that use beautiful young women as bait.
“I want people to know that you can be funny while still being kind so that people can laugh without hurting others’ feelings,” he says. “It was not the first time that I produce and direct a comedy. I have done around 15 other comedies.
“In 2011, I produced and directed a movie called Musadzi Mutuku, which is a comedy about the danger of having two wives under one roof. Vele Suzan Ravuku who plays the role of Thifhelimbilu on the Venda soapie, Muvhango was the main character in Musadzi Mutuku,” Madega says.
“In 2012 we released another DVD, Tshivhilinge, about adults who behave like children, and in so doing, destroy families. My other movies include the comedy, Shudu Langa, and the romantic comedy, The Tree of my Love, where Mulalo Mudau who plays the role of Tshianeo on the Venda soap opera Muvhango, was one of the main characters.
“I am not a bad man, despite what other people think.
“I am in the entertainment business and my movies include romantic, horror and pornographic story lines.”
Madega says he gives aspiring young actors the opportunity to follow their dreams through his film ventures.
