Memorial Run for Lim’s fallen bikers
The Ulysses Bosveld Bikers Club will again host the Limpopo Memorial Run and Flower Wreath at Soetdorings Country Club just outside the city on 8 November.
POLOKWANE – The Ulysses Bosveld Bikers Club will again host the Limpopo Memorial Run and Flower Wreath at Soetdorings Country Club just outside the city on 8 November.
The bikers club would like to invite all motorcyclists in Polokwane and surroundings to join in the tribute to all fallen motorcyclists.
The Limpopo Memorial Run is an approved and sanctioned event of the Limpopo Bikers Council.
The Memorial Wall was unveiled in 2013 at Soetdorings Country Club, courtesy of the owner and fellow motorcyclist, Peet Kruger.
The memorial on the wall reads: All Gave Some, Some Gave All – You Are Not Forgotten.
The wall is for loved ones and friends to have a sacred place where they can come to remember and pay tribute to these fallen motorcyclists and spend the time in reminiscence.
The event will start at 09:00 when motorcyclists will start to arrive at the Soetdorings Country Club which will then be followed by a memorial church service. After the service mourners can lay wreaths at the memorial wall followed by some socialising and lunch.
The well-known singer, William Blackrose, will provide entertainment for the guests.
