WATCH: How to make one of Fusion’s Signature Cocktails

Vincent Hoffer, barman at Fusion Boutique Hotel shares his recipe for Fusion’s Signature Tuesday Afternoon Gin and Tonic cocktail… a cocktail with a twist.

Ingredients include:

• sprigs rosemary
• Vanilla pods
• Castor sugar
• Fresh lemon rind and juice
• Lime Syrup
• Cucumber Syrup
• Gin
• Tonic water
• Ice

Method:

Place 1 sprig of rosemary, vanilla seeds, fresh lemon wedge and teaspoon on castor sugar into the shaker.  Mix together to release rosemary oils.

Add ice, lime syrup and cucumber syrup and 2 shots of gin. Strain into glass and top up with tonic water.  Serve garnished with rosemary sprigs and vanilla pod.
