POLOKWANE – Head chef, Nelly Hlahla, only uses high grade, top quality products to get the best results. She also highlights the importance of hygiene when working with food, saying clean utensils are essential.
Here are Nelly’s foolproof steps to making tasty wings:
• Spice and marinate the wings.
• Keep them in the fridge overnight. This makes the wings moist and ensures that they cook faster.
• Grill the wings for about 10 minutes.
• Add more marinade and serve.
Nelly says the secret is in the spices so be sure to choose the best.

The self proclaimed top chef says she spends a lot of time in the kitchen experimenting with different recipes and flavors as a way of enhancing her cooking skills.
