POLOKWANE – A popular shopping destination in the city is set to undergo a few exciting changes soon as Mall of the North plans to move a number of stores to new locations in the mall.
Over the coming months, Cell C, Vision Works, Klines, Pandora’s Tobacco, Wakaberry as well as Refinery will be moving to different locations. In addition, Reggie’s will move to the second floor where it will occupy a bigger space and trade under a new name, Toys & Babies R Us.
By mid-November, Jet will ring in the last of the changes by moving to a new premises within the mall.
General Manager of Mall of the North, Sumari de Ridder, says the changes at the mall are undertaken to accommodate a new retailer which will make its debut in the province early next year. She says the changes ensure Mall of the North continuously improves its service by providing the best local and international brands.
“We are thrilled that Mall of the North is in a strong position to bring shoppers new, bigger and better stores that add a fresh and distinctive flair to Limpopo,” she said.
