First Friday Celebration a music spectacular not to be missed

The First Friday Celebration is set to bring heavyweights AKA, Cassper Nyovest, Emtee and other artists including dj's together to start the new year off with a bang.

POLOKWANE –  Residents are in for a treat this evening.
The First Friday Celebration is a music extravaganza that will feature some of the country’s most-sought after musicians.
This includes hip hop giants such as AKA and award-winning rappers Cassper Nyovest, Riky Rick and Emtee. Other artists include the likes of presenter-turned-rapper Nomuzi “Moozlie” Mabena, Nadia Nakai, Shane Eagle, Heavy K, King Monada, Bricks and Ms Cosmo.

The annual event will cater for a diverse audience with performances that range from House music and Kwaito to a more hip hop sound.
The outdoor setting will give party goers the chance to dance under the stars while listening to some of the country’s most talented artists.

Many local fans have expressed their excitement for the event on Twitter.

The celebration will be hosted at the Polokwane Rugby Fields tonight with gates opening at 13:00 until 07:00 tomorrow morning.

Pre-sold tickets are sold out however, there will be tickets available at the gate for R250 at the gate while VIP tickets will sell for R650 per person.
