Working together for the love of house music
House music's duo Karabo K'zela Mathetja from Ga-Matlala and Tshepho Stylish DJ Kgasago from Ga-Mathabatha has in their latest offering Biwe Kweta, collaborated with 2014 Nigerian Idols winner, Evelle.
POLOKWANE – The duo released their first double disc album in 2016 with BGMP Records which landed them a nomination in the 2016 Film, Arts, Music and Entertainment (Fame) awards as best dance group.
With every song K’zela and Stylish DJ have proven that their new single Biwe Kweta have stepped away from the deep house sound that dominated their career up to now, and took a unique afrocentric house fusion sound.

Biwe Kweta is released under 015 Global Productions and loosely translated means ‘What are you saying?’
The song is about staying positive amid adversity, and having a relentless spirit that disregards the naysayers.
The single is an integration of South African house flavour and Afrocentric Nigerian vibe. This tune is layered with African rhythms and drums which will make music lovers go wild on the dance floor.
K’zela could not hide his excitement and enthusiasm as he spoke of the single.
“What makes this song special is that we experimented with fresh sound, and Evelle was perfect for bringing balance with her sultry vocals.
“Both Stylish DJ and I decided to explore the African House combination rhythm, to show that music knows no boundaries,” said K’zela.
Stylish DJ said Biwe Kweta will perfectly introduce the country to Evelle’s powerful vocal delivery, and demonstrate their diversity as house music producers.
