He told CV that achieving the qualification was not easy especially after the accident he experienced during his course duration. Khutso was on his way back from DeeJaying classes when he stopped at a garage in Tembisa to get snacks. While at the garage unknown men opened fire on him and he was shot several times. He spent several days fighting for his life in hospital.
Born and bred in Ga-Molepo outside Polokwane, Chuene who has been on the entertainment industry for several years, is happy that he finally achieved one of his life goals.
“I never gave up on my dream because I knew that hard work pays,”said Chuene.
He said after all the challenges he continued with his studies knowing that he will one day achieve what he set out to do. “Although at times people would undermine me but through my passion I knew that one day I will make it.”
Following the shooting he has unforatunely had to cut some of his festive gigs due to health reasons, but is determined to bounce back with force when he gets a clean bill of health.
“It is a pity that some of my early festive season gigs had to be cut off due to health challenges, but I made the decision to rest because I wanted to heal properly,” he concluded.
