Top immune boosters for kids

Choosing the right multivitamin is key to keeping your child's immune system strong and preventing common illnesses such as colds and flu.

Winter is just around the corner and that means boosting your child’s immune system so they are strong enough to ward off colds and flu. To help boost those developing immune systems as they head back to school, choosing the right vitamins is key. For parents that have never bought them before, it’s challenging to choose one that would work for you. It is even more confusing when a chemist asks you which one you need, or you are standing next to a row full of vitamins.

Below is a list of vitamins and immune boosters that South African moms (and dads) swear by:

This multivitamin is a loved one amongst parents, some even sharing stellar reviews on the Clicks website. As the name suggests, the delicious syrup helps protect your child’s immune system when they are in school. The syrup contains Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, folic acid, and Zinc. Sounds like enough to keep growing bodies healthy. It is recommended for children 1-12 years.
