BREAKING NEWS – Sopa ends in chaos, EFF members forcibly evicted

Premier Stan Mathabatha’s State of the Province Address (Sopa) ended in chaos today (Friday) when members of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) were forcibly evicted from the sitting of the Provincial Legislature in Jack Botes Hall.
An argument ensued between EFF Provincial Leader Jossey Buthane and Speaker of the Legislature, Polly Boshielo, apparently about the right of members and guests who sang a struggle song after Mathabatha’s address.
Security personnel thereafter removed Buthane and EFF Legislature members George Raphela and Rendani Munyai.
