Man kills hiself after shooting girlfriend.
Police advise couples and lovers to seek help and go for marital counselling if they have problems.
LEBOHANG – A man shot and killed himself after shooting his girlfriend recently.
She was the mother of the deceased child’s and is fighting for her life in the Evander Hospital.
W/O Khuselwa Matrouse, spokesman for the Leandra Police Station, said the reason for the shooting is not yet known and police are investigation.
She said a case of attempted murder and an inquest have been opened.
W/O Matrouse advised couples and lovers to seek help if they have conflicts they can not handle.
“Such issues can be avoided if couples learn to communicate.
“We have various government organisations, NGOs and pastors that provide marital counselling.
“People should make use of them.”
