A load of fun for a good cause

The Standerton branch of CANSA held a Shavathon at the Junxion Shopping Centre on 28 February.

All the proceeds went to patients suffering from the disease.

Bottles of hairspray of all colours of the rainbow were used to give willing passersby a colourful head of hair.

A nervous Mr Charl Mostert was the first customer of the day, but took it in his stride and after him community members arrived in large numbers to show their support for this cause.
