Eastvaal Motors held a family day and a blood drive at their outlet on 27 and 28 March.
You could donate blood at the SANBS mobile clinic that was parked on their premises.
If donating blood was not your thing, you could feast your eyes on a few Opel cars that are new on the market.
The Opel Mokka, Opel ADAM and the stylish new Corsa were on show for all to see.
Music was supplied by a local radio station and for those who were feeling hungry, sausage rolls straight from the braai were on offer all day long.
Eastvaal’s dealer principal, Mr Johan Olivier, also got into the swing of things and donated blood on 27 March.
It was a hive of activity as residents, attracted by music, balloons and of course the attractive car models, flocked to Eastvaal.
“I would like to thank the community for their involvement,” Mr Olivier said.
“The two days were successful and we intend on doing it again in the near future.
“We would also like to thank the blood service.”
