eMZINONI – The body of a man was found in a field on Tuesday, 22 September.

It was covered with plastic.

The man has sustained multiple injuries in the upper left arm and had seven stab wounds in the back.

Eyewitnesses contacted the police and provided the them with information.

The suspect was arrested a few hours after the murder.

Const Cynthia Mtshweni, police spokesman, said according to the information, the suspect and the victim were arguing over firewood.

The suspect will appear in the Bethal Magistrate’s Court on a charge of murder.
