A bakkie travelling towards town on the R23 Road collided with a taxi today.
There were four people in the bakkie, two inside and two at the back and only one inside the taxi.
According to the Standerton Police, the driver of the bakkie lost control of his vehicle and that is when the collision took place.
All five people involved in the accident were admitted to the Standerton Hospital.
