Four bank robbers sent to jail
Police officers work together to arrest criminals.
BETHAL – Four men were sentenced to jail for 12 years each for robbing Absa in 2013.
They are Sifiso Lancelot Nkosi (32), Ndima Menelezi Lwazi (25) , Hlatshwayo Mpumelelo Blessing (28 ) and Xolani Gwenson (29).
D/Constable Phillip Mofokeng and Constable JJ Nel from Morgenzon Police Station helped the local police to capture the robbers when they fled Bethal and were travelling in the direction of Morgenzon.
“On behalf of Bethal Police, we would like to thank all the police officers involved for responding to the call of duty and assisting us in arresting the suspects, ” said Const Thomas Mogadime, communications officer.
