Patients at the Winnifred Maboea Clinic aired their frustrations, saying they are tired of waiting in the queue the whole day.
According to them, there is only one administration clerk, who takes forever to give them their files.
Some of them claimed that they were at the clinic the previous day and did not get any assistance, but had to come back the following day.
They also said there are not enough nurses working in the facility and the service is poor.
Patients alleged the health care workers assist their friends and relatives.
