The police officer said the injured man was shot in theis right thigh and stomach
A shop owner and shopkeeper was recently shot during a robbery in Rooikoppen.
The police officer on duty at the time received a complaint and immediately went to the scene.
Upon arrival he found a group of men standing outside the shop, but the injured shopkeeper was not there.
According to him, he saw an empty cartridge outside the shop as he was investigating the crime scene.
The group of men told him that both the owner of the shop and the shopkeeper were at the hospital.
The officer went to the hospital and found a man who identified himself as the owner of the shop.
According to him, the owner pointed at another man who was bleeding and said he is the shopkeeper.
The police officer said the injured man was shot in the right thigh and stomach.
