According to the complainant, he sustained injuries to the left leg and ankle

A man on his way to his house in Rooikoppen was hit by a car on 25 December last year.

According to him, the vehicle hit him from behind and sped off.

He said he was on the pavement.

According to the complainant, he sustained injuries to the left leg and ankle.

He said two boys found him laying on the ground and called the ambulance.

He was hospitalised the same day and discharged from hospital on 31 December last year.

Sgt Shadrack Ngema of the Sakhile Detectives is investigating the case.
