A man was recently stabbed and killed in Sakhile.
The police officer on duty was notified through the police radio.
According to him, he went to the scene and found a man in a pool of blood.
He said the man’s clothes were drenched in blood and there was a knife next to him.
The officer requested other officers at the station to call the ambulance.
The emergency service personnel examined the body upon arrival and declared the man dead.
He sustained injuries to his chest and neck.
According to the officer, the deceased was wearing white trousers, brown shoes, a blue jersey and blue socks.
Sgt Shadrack Ngema of the Sakhile Detective is investigating the case.
