Thief sells out partner in crime

He told the CPF that he did not commit the crime alone.

Two thieves broke into a house and stole a plasma television and laptop on 10 January.

The Community Policing Forum (CPF) managed to apprehend the first thief on the same day.

According to them, he was in possession of the stolen goods when they apprehended him.

He told the CPF that he did not commit the crime alone.

He said he was with his friend and told them where they could find him.

Mr Charles Msibi of the CPF said they struggled to find the other suspect.

The community informed the CPF that the other suspect was in hiding in Ext 6 at his girlfriend’s house.

They went there and the second suspect was apprehended.

Both suspects were handed over to the police.
