Two suspects linked to more criminal offences

Two suspects who are linked to multiple criminal offences were apprehended.
The Community Policing Forum (CPF) apprehended them on 12 January.
According to them, the suspects robbed four women in Rooikoppen and stole their cell phones.
They also stole a bicycle from someone’s home in Rooikoppen.
The suspects then stole a fridge in the same area.
Mr Charles Msibi of the CPF said the men sold a memory card from one of the stolen cell phones for R40.
The woman they sold it to reported them to the CPF.
The CPF managed to recover all the stolen goods.
According to them, the suspects were taken to the Sakhile Police Station and cases of robbery and theft were opened.
The Sakhile Police are investigating the offences.
The CPF requested the community to report illegal activities to them.
