eMba residents angry over ANC candidate list
"The ANC says people will govern, if it is so they must prove it today."
eMBALENHLE – Angry residents of Extension 22, Ward 9 and 13, have blocked the roads and demand the removal of the ANC candidate elects.
They said ANC guidelines were not followed properly and that the two candidates were imposed on them.
They have submitted their disputes to the ANC regional executives, but they were apparently not attended to.
“We heard that Mr Muzi Chirwa is in the area. He must come to address us.
“The ANC says people will govern, if it is so they must prove it today,” said Mr Bheki Sindane.
The residents said if the ANC does not attend to their problems, they will give the wards to other political parties.
