There is currently a water leak in the pressure regulating system that the Lekwa Municipality recently installed in Meyerville.
According to Mr Leon Enslin, chairman of AfriForum, the regulating valve that controls water pressure has been stolen.
He said the municipality must as a temporary solution insert a blank where the valve was, to stop the leak.
“It is a temporary solution, but it will stop the leak.”
Some residents of Meyerville complained about low water pressure while others say they have no water.
