Evander Police urge public to identify stolen items

A Mozambican was linked to four cases in Evander, four in Secunda and one case in Trichardt.

EVANDER – Sgt Sibusiso Mbuli requests people who were the victims of housebreakings, to visit the Evander Police Station to identify their items.

This came after the police had arrested Mr Augustinho Vilanculos, a Mozambican, who was wanted in connections with several housebreakings.

He was linked to four cases in Evander, four in Secunda and one in Trichardt.

The suspect will appear at Evander Magistrate Court on Monday, 14 November.

Property to the value of R100 000 were recovered.
