UPDATE: Baby boy surprises mom with “early” birth in Dis-Chem

Mom thought she was only two months pregnant.

UPDATE: Ms Mahlangu’s baby boy is healthy and she has named him Cebolenkosi which means “God’s Plan”.

Mr Chris van Schalkwyk, the franchise owner of Secunda Dis-Chem gave Ms Mahlangu a hamper bag for the baby as she was not prepared for the event.

Ms Amanda Kruger, a staff member at Dis-Chem also gave Ms Mahlangu her old baby clothes to  to help her as well.

SECUNDA – Ms Lindikhule Mahlangu, a PNA employee in the Secunda Mall, believed she was only two months pregnant, but went into labour and was taken to Dis-Chem where she gave birth to a healthy baby boy at 2.30pm today.

Sisters Lena Crouwcamp and Sanet Lombard delivered the new bundle of joy whereafter mom and baby were transported to Evander Hospital.

The name of the baby is not yet known.
