UPDATE: The robbers that were involved in a cash in transit heist earlier tonight, are still on the run.
They are in the Witbank area.
They stole two vehicles in Witbank after the heist, but dumped both of it.
They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The driver of the security vehicle was injured in the incident.

HIGHVELD – Motorists are urged to avoid the road between Kinross and Kriel.
It is reported that a cash in transit heist took place there earlier this evening.
According to an eye witness, police and emergency services are on the scene.
There are also reports of various shots fired and the area is being treated as an active crime scene.
Motorists are advised to be on the lookout for a white BMW X5
