Mr Bheki Khumalo, Ms Nompumelelo Zimu, Ms Thabsile Manqele, Mr Zakhele Khoza, Mr Dennis Moloi, Mr Samuel Ndaba and Ms Deli Galela are expected to appear in the Standerton Regional Court on 14 February.
These seven Lekwa municipal employees are facing charges of intimidation, malicious damage to property and contempt of court.
Apparently the charges are as a result of incidents that allegedly occurred last year.
Mr Linda Tshabalala, Lekwa municipal manager, laid the charges against them.
