eMBALENHLE – Five suspects aged between 26 and 44 years are expected to appear in Evander Magistrate’s Court soon for possession of dagga.
Two were arrested in Ext 22 and three in Ext 8, 18 and Marikana.
The combined dagga confiscated is 14,136kg and the estimated street value is R8 000.
The three suspects were arrested after eMbalenhle Crime Prevention members received information from the community and the other two were apprehended during a stop and search.
