A teacher at Thuto-Thebe Secondary School was arrested in connection with the murder of Ms Penelope Boikanyo, who was also a teacher at the school.
The suspect allegedly stabbed Ms Boikanyo to death at BJ Homes in Sakhile on 2 March.
According to the Sakhile Police, they found her inside the house lying in pool of blood.
It is suspected that a fight broke out between them and it led to the stabbing.
The Sakhile Police are investigating a murder case.
The suspect, whose name is known to the Standerton Advertiser, is expected to appear in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on 8 March.
