The pathway to the entrance of the Msukaligwa Civic Centre was again littered with rubbis on Wednesday

The strike by a group of employees of the Msukaligwa Local Municipality has entered its third week with strikers again emptying trash cans and spreading litter on the grounds of the Ermelo Civic Centre today.

Strikers are unhappy with general working conditions and the apparent inability of the municipality to provide them with Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) It is hoped that the dispute will soon be resolved.
