Municipal workers of SAMWU (South African Municipal Workers Union) will handover a memorandum to the executive mayor, Ms Flora Maboa-Boltman. They are currently gathered outside the Secunda Stadium.
Among other issues the workers are not happy with the lack of tools they need to perform their duties.
They are calling on politicians to stop interfering in administrative issues and to only do oversight.
