A body of an unknown man was recovered close to the Standerton SPCA on 4 April.
This came shortly after another body was recovered near the Robertsdrift Road from a quarry.
The Standerton Police suspect that the body discovered near the SPCA had been there for a while.
“We suspect that the man might have been swept away by the flood in March,” Capt Fanie Nhlabathi, communication officer of the Standerton Police said.
